Attended Fulda Grade School, graduated from Dale High School, and attended Indianapolis College.

Biography
I am a lifelong resident of Spencer County and have been married to my wife, Brenda, for 34 years. We have three children, Tonya, 31, Jeff, 29, and Eric, 25, as well as two grandchildren. I am a member of St. Boniface Church and the American Legion. I have also served my time in the military. I am the son of Leo and Josephine Kress. My son and I own and operate D & E Concrete and operate a small family farm.
Goals and Accomplishments
I would like to continue working towards a better Spencer County. I want to help county and state officials to get Spencer County ahead of and not behind other counties in the State.
Awards Received
Received Concrete Achievement Award for Excellence in Stencil Concrete in 2005, 2006, and 2007.
