Active member of the Spencer County Democrat Womens Club.

Biography

Seeking her first county elected office, Anita is a lifelong resident of Spencer County. She lives in Rockport with her husband, Dean Frakes. She has two daughters, Amanda age 20 and Bailey age 7. Anita was born and raised in eastern Spencer County, the daughter of Darwin and Judy Talbott and granddaughter of Betty and the late Harold Talbott, owners and operators Talbott Sales & Service Boat Sales. Anita attended Clay-Huff Elementary School and was a graduate of Heritage Hills High School in 1985. Anita is a member of the Democrat Women's Club and is currently Deputy Recorder. She has been with the Recorder's Office for two years. She enjoys serving the people of Spencer County and wants to continue to do so with your vote as Treasurer of Spencer County.

Goals and Accomplishments

I want to serve the people of Spencer County and to be a friendly face to answer any questions they have. I want to invest the county's money and run the Treasurer's office efficiently. I enjoy working in the courthouse and would like to continue serving the good people of Spencer County.
