Biography
Sharon lives north of Chrisney. She has served as Treasurer for the past 8 years and served as Deputy Treasurer 8 years with Diana Meyer and also worked in the Treasurer's office for Elmer Smith. Sharon was Deputy Trustee in Jackson Township before working for Diane. Sharon's husband of 27 years, Bob, passed away in 2000. She has a son, Randall Kearney, 3 daughters, Kimberly Coalter, Lisa Hinton, and Theresa Donnelly, and 2 step-sons Don Dugas and Scott Dugas. She also has 10 grandchildren and 5 step-grandchildren. Sharon is a graduate of Chrisney High School and is a member of Little Pigeon Baptist Church where she has served as treasurer. She is also a member of the Indiana Treasurers Association and the Spencer County Democrat Women's Club. Sharon enjoys working in county government. This is the end of her second term as Treasurer and she hopes to continue serving the people of Spencer County as Recorder.

Once elected, my goal is to be there to listen to the needs of the taxpayers and those who use the office of Recorder for information.
