Goals and Accomplishments

Jon is running for judge to make our county safer and to modernize and restructure our court system so that it will better protect our kids and citizens and so that court cases will move faster. His top priorities are: restructure and strengthen the way child neglect and abuse cases are handled along with implementing new policies for the court's juvenile and probation departments-- especially as to repeat offenders, better collection of restitution payments, establishment of the first "night court" for working families. He also would like to begin a "family court", a "child support court", a CASA Program, and a "truancy court" as exist in many other counties to make kids the top priority of our court system. Jon will work to resolve all cases fairly and impartially.
